Come join myself and other strong women every Wednesday at 10AM for a free 45 min community workout. Each workout session will be a little different and will be focusing on building strength, muscle definition and endurance. In addition, you will learn various different workouts, proper form, how to efficiently work different muscle groups, learn nutrition tips, learn the importance of active recovery and gain an active fit lifestyle.
